Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Very Fine Rare Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon, Limited Edition Series No. 16, selected by the Master Distiller. It is bottled at 45.2% (90.4 proof) in a 75cl bottle and has a burnt sienna colour.
The nose layers rich, sweet oak with caramel, brown sugar, chocolate and vanilla, moving into cured tobacco brightened by apple. On the palate, very old oak is sweetened with honey, with a touch of citrus, apple peel and clove. The finish is long, with raisin fruit and malty sweetness.
