Woodinville 10 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

This is a ten-year-old straight bourbon from Woodinville Whiskey Co. in Washington, released in 2026 as the final bottling in the distillery's 8, 9 and 10 year limited series. It is bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV. The mash bill is 55% corn, 35% rye and 10% malted barley, a higher rye content than the distillery's standard bourbon. The oak staves were seasoned in the open air for 24 months before being made into new barrels with a heavy toast and a light char. The nose offers dark caramel, toasted oak, baked apple and vanilla. On the palate come toffee, dried cherry, cinnamon and cocoa, leading to a long, warming finish of oak and rye spice.
