This is a 10 year old Speyside single malt bottled by That Boutique-Y Whisky Company at a cask strength of 58.4% ABV. It was distilled using traditional worm tub condensers and matured in bourbon casks before a finish in sherry casks.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is rich with honey, spring meadow, freshly toasted oak and damp malt, alongside apricot, mandarin, golden raisins and toffee. The palate is oily and heavy, with malted milk, wet barley and overripe fruit, plus sweet oak and burnt spice. The finish is medium in length and slightly dry, with juicy fruit and a hint of oak and bitterness.
