Wright & Brown Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 43%)

Wright & Brown Bourbon Whiskey is a high-rye bourbon from Wright & Brown Distilling Co. in Oakland, California, in a 75cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is double-distilled in a copper pot still from a mash bill of 65% corn, 23% rye and 12% malted barley, using non-GMO grains. It won Gold at the American Distilling Institute in 2021 and Best in Class at Whiskies of the World that year. The nose shows toasted coconut, vanilla bean and bergamot orange. The palate brings kettle corn, tobacco, chocolate and thyme, and the finish is warm and spicy, with fresh ginger and cloves.
