Outryder is a straight American whiskey from Wyoming Whiskey, bottled in bond. It marries two different mash bills, both made from corn, rye and malted barley, and every barrel used is at least six years old. The makers describe it as a bridge between bourbon and rye. It can be sipped neat, and also works in a Manhattan, an Old Fashioned or a Boulevardier.
