Wyoming Whiskey – Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 44%)

Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon is the original, flagship bottling from the Wyoming Whiskey distillery, made with 100% Wyoming-sourced grain. The mash bill is 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. It is aged for a minimum of five years in new American oak and bottled at 88 proof. The colour is dark amber. The nose is floral, with a hint of vanilla bean and caramel pudding. The palate is floral too, with brown baking spices, browned butter, vanilla crème, caramel and a touch of cinnamon, in a light, smooth mouthfeel. The finish is of medium length, with toffee, as the spice and vanilla fade.
