Wyoming Whiskey Barrel Strength is a limited edition straight bourbon from the distillery in Kirby, Wyoming. It is bottled at barrel strength, 63.7% ABV (127.4 proof), in a 75cl bottle, and was selected by the distillery's master distillers.
The bourbon is aged in new charred American oak barrels and is non-chill-filtered, with natural colour. It is made from locally sourced grain and water from the Big Horn Basin.
The nose has dark caramel, toasted marshmallow, charred oak, vanilla bean and a hint of saddle leather. The palate is full-bodied and spicy, with cinnamon, brown sugar, molasses and roasted nuts. The finish is long, with warm spice, tobacco leaf and dark chocolate.
