Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch is a wheated straight bourbon bottled at 88 proof (44% ABV) in a 750ml bottle. It is aged for a minimum of five years in new charred American oak.
The mash bill is 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley, using Wyoming-grown, non-GMO grain and limestone-aquifer water. It is distilled, barrelled and bottled in Kirby, at the first legal distillery in Wyoming's history, which began distilling on 4 July 2009.
The nose is floral, with vanilla bean and caramel pudding. The palate is soft and floral, with brown baking spices, browned butter, vanilla crème and caramel with a hint of cinnamon. The finish is medium, with toffee.
