Wyoming Whiskey – Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl, 44%)

Wyoming Whiskey Single Barrel Bourbon is a wheated bourbon distilled in Kirby, Wyoming, from a mash of 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. It is bottled at 44% ABV in a 750ml bottle, with each barrel selected and released on its own. The whiskey spends a minimum of five years in new charred oak. The hot summers and below-zero winters of the Big Horn Basin push it in and out of the wood. The nose offers vanilla, caramel and oak with a hint of cinnamon, and the palate is velvety with a touch of spice. The finish is clean and crisp. Single barrels can add cola, chocolate, dried fruit and toffee.
