Yamazakura 963 Red Label is a Japanese blended whisky made by the Sasanokawa Shuzo distillery, combining malt and grain whiskies. The nose is soft and mellow, with banana, vanilla custard and toasted oak. On the palate it is smooth and well rounded, with honeyed malt, toffee, cinnamon and clove. The finish is of medium length, with warming spice, light oak and gentle sweetness.
