Yamazakura Black Label is a blended whisky from Sasanokawa Shuzo Co. Ltd, a producer founded in 1765 that began making whisky in 1946. Yamazakura is a ji-whisky made by the company. This Black Label was a new Yamazakura product on its release in 2015. It was produced before Japanese whisky labelling standards were introduced in February 2021.
