Yamazakura Fine Blended is a Japanese blended whisky from the Sasanokawa Shuzo distillery, which has made sake and shochu since 1765. The name translates as mountain cherry trees.
The blend is drawn from a strict selection of the distillery's own whisky, aged for up to 20 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is described as mild and smooth, with light smoke and complex fruit flavours.
