Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon is a Texas bourbon made from 100% Texas yellow corn. It is aged in small American oak barrels in Houston and bottled at 92 proof (46%).
The distillery makes it in a pot still, in small batches. It credits the 15 to 20 degree temperature swings of the Texas climate for the character of the whiskey, and puts the angel's share at 15% a year.
It is described as full-flavoured, with warm caramel and vanilla overtones.
