Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon is a Texas bourbon bottled at 46%. It is made by hand in Houston from 100% corn and pot distilled, and the warm Texas climate is credited with maturing it faster and more intensely.
The nose has sweet corn, caramel, honey, light spices and warm wood. The palate is full and oily, with toffee, vanilla, burnt sugar, a hint of pepper and subtle smokiness. The finish is long and softly sweet, with a warm spicy punch.
