Outlaw is a bourbon from Yellow Rose Distilling, made from 100% Texas yellow corn and aged in small American oak barrels. It has a full-bodied, warming palate.
The nose is intense, with rich caramel and vanilla and a hint of floral. On the palate it is slightly sweet and extremely rich, with vanilla and caramel mingling with the bold spiciness of black pepper. The finish is long, holding on to caramel and vanilla in the manner of a good dessert.
