Yellow Rose Outlaw is a bourbon made in Houston, Texas, from 100% Texas yellow corn. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It is aged in small American oak barrels, and the distillery credits the wide temperature swings of 15 to 20 degrees in this part of Texas with giving it its character.
The nose is intense, with rich caramel, vanilla and a hint of floral. The palate is slightly sweet and very rich. The finish is long, holding on to caramel and vanilla.
