Yellow Rose is a Texas whiskey made in Houston, in what is described as the city's oldest legal distillery. It is bottled at 40%.
The style is smooth and approachable, with an elegant sweetness. The nose has vanilla, light caramel and soft cereal notes. The palate is warm and round, with hints of honey, rye and subtle wood spices, and the finish is medium-long, soft and slightly sweet.
