Yellow Rose Rye is a small batch American rye whiskey, in a 70cl bottle at 45% ABV. It is made from 95% rye and is hand-selected, blended and bottled in Texas, in the style of whiskey made before prohibition.
The nose is mild vanilla and pine with a hint of brown sugar. The palate is slightly sweet, with spearmint, mild pepper and maple. The finish is medium in length, with less pepper than is found in other rye whiskeys.
