Yellowstone 108 is an American single malt from the Limestone Branch Distillery, bottled at 54% in a 70cl bottle as a limited release. It is made from 100% malted barley and matured in new, charred American oak casks. Limestone Branch draws on seven generations of distilling, and that heritage sits behind this whiskey. The nose combines malted barley, honey and peach. The palate is soft and complex, with honey, dates and stone fruit, including pear. The finish is strong, with oak, cinnamon and walnuts.
