Yellowstone American Single Malt is made by Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, where the brothers Stephen and Paul Beam continue a family distilling tradition spanning seven generations. It is made only from malted barley, matured in oak casks and bottled uncut at 54%, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines grain malt, liquid honey and peach blossom. On the palate there is honey, ripe pear, stone fruit and dates. The finish is long and warming, with oak, a touch of cinnamon and English walnut.
