This is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from the Yellowstone Hand Picked Collection, bottled at 59.5% (119 proof) in a 70cl bottle. The barrel was selected by Perola. It was filled in May 2019 and held a blend of whiskeys aged between four and six years, matured in new, charred American oak. Limestone Branch distillery produced it, and 282 bottles were filled. The collection is a yearly series of single barrel bottlings, for which master distiller and blender Stephen Beam reserves a limited number of the best barrels. This one is described as a spicy and sweet bourbon.
