Yuza 2018 First Edition is a Japanese single malt and the first official release from the Yuza Distillery. It was distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2022 at 61% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings fresh citrus, white peach, vanilla and soft floral notes. On the palate a light sweetness leads into lemon zest, pear and delicate spice, and the finish is clean and slightly sweet with subtle wood spices.
