Yuza Edition 2023 is a whisky from Yuza Distillery, drawn from casks that previously held bourbon. It is amber in the glass.
The aroma opens with dried fruits and goes on to Fuji apple, Shanghai peach and pear, with vanilla, honey and ripe fruit. The whisky is summed up as crisp, sweet and fruity.
On the palate it is clean and fruity, with a hint of vanilla-like sweetness.
