Yuza First Edition is the first whisky from the Yuza distillery, founded in 2018 in Yamagata, Japan. This single malt was bottled in 2022, in a 70cl bottle.
It matured entirely in bourbon casks and is bottled at cask strength, 61% ABV. It is in natural colour and has not been chill filtered.
