This is the first bottling from the Yuza Distillery in Yamagata, Japan, a single malt distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2022 at three years old. The distillery began production in 2018 and works on the principle of Tiny, Lovely, Authentic, Supreme.
It matured in bourbon casks and is bottled at cask strength, 61% ABV, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The edition numbers 8,500 bottles.
The nose is sweet and fresh, with honey, vanilla and apricot. On the palate it is soft and fruity.
