100 Pipers 1970s (75cl)

This is a bottle of 100 Pipers from the 1970s, in a 75cl bottle. The nose is soft and subtle, with oak, caramel, vanilla and toasted cereal over a faint trace of peat or light smoke. On the palate it is medium to full in body and creamy, with toffee, toasted sugar, walnuts and a peppery oak spice. The finish is warm and dry, of medium length, leaving caramel, toasted wood and a cool, minty note.
