10th Street California Coast American Blended Whisky (75cl, 42%)

10th Street California Coast is an American blended whisky from 10th Street Distillery in San Jose, California, in a 750ml bottle at 42% ABV (84 proof). It marries two of the distillery's own California single malts, the STR and the Distiller's Cut, with two pot still light whiskies from the MGP plant in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Light whiskies are distilled to a higher proof, which gives a delicate base and lets the fuller single malts lead. The nose offers American oak, stewed stone fruits, vanilla custard and coconut cream, with sea air and salinity. The palate brings panna cotta, light campfire embers and heathered honey, and the finish is sweet, with lime and a silky texture.
