1792 Full Proof Bourbon (75cl, 62.5%)

1792 Full Proof is a Kentucky bourbon produced at Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown. It is bottled at 125 proof (62.5% ABV), the same strength at which the spirit went into the barrel, so nothing is diluted between filling and bottling. The 1792 name refers to the year Kentucky became a state. The nose is rich and concentrated, with dark fruit, caramel, toasted oak and vanilla. The palate brings brown sugar, dark fruit, cinnamon and plenty of oak, and the finish is long, warm and complex.
