It is a blend of high-rye bourbons aged in hand-selected barrels.
The nose brings butterscotch, vanilla bean, toasted oak and a flash of rye spice. The palate is full-bodied, with cinnamon, caramel, dark cherry and baking spice over sweet corn and charred oak. The finish is long and warming, with black pepper, maple and a little tobacco.
