Thomas S. Moore Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finish is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Barton 1792 Distillery, in a 75cl bottle.
It is made to the distillery's high rye recipe and aged for many years in new charred oak barrels. It is then finished in casks that previously held Cabernet Sauvignon, where the bourbon spends a further one to three years. The result is bottled at 95.3 proof.
The taste is bold, with dark fruit, caramel and vanilla.
