1792 Small Batch (75cl)

1792 Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, aged for eight years and sold in a 75cl bottle. The name marks the year Kentucky became a state. It is built on a balance of spice and oak, and is often sipped neat or over a large cube. It also works in an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. The nose has corn, caramel and shortbread, followed by spice and oak on the palate and a long, dry finish.
