A mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, blending Espadín and wild Tobalá agaves. It is unaged and double-distilled in copper or clay pot stills after slow-cooking in underground pits and native-yeast fermentation. The profile combines Espadín sweetness with Tobalá floral and herbal depth, with gentle smoke. On the nose there are agave sweetness, wildflowers, jasmine, citrus blossom, smoke, honeyed earth and herbal spice. The palate offers candied agave, orchard fruit, warm citrus, herbal complexity and a whisper of smoke. The finish is clean and balanced, with smoky floral echoes, citrus zest and gentle warmth.
