A.D. Rattray Cask Speyside 12 Year Old (46%)

A.D. Rattray Cask Speyside is a 12 year old single malt from an undisclosed distillery in the heart of Speyside, chosen by the independent bottler to put the spirit ahead of the label. It is bottled at 46% and comes in a petrol-coloured tube showing a Scottish stream. The whisky matured for twelve years in selected casks before a final sherry finish, which adds a warm spiciness to the fruit of the malted barley. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. Berries and cinnamon come through clearly in the glass.
