Aalborg Taffel Akvavit

Aalborg Taffel is an akvavit with a distinctive taste of mustard seed and a discreet aftertaste of orange. It is clear and transparent in the glass. Caraway leads on the nose, with a very faint aniseed. On the palate it is subtly flavoured with caraway, supported by lemon, aniseed and black pepper, opening to a hint of liquorice and fennel.
