Abasolo Ancestral Corn Whisky is distilled from non-GMO Cacahuazintle corn, a variety cultivated over generations by local farmers.
The corn is prepared by nixtamalization, a cooking technique some 4000 years old, which brings out the deeper character of these ancestral ingredients.
The whisky is rich and smooth, with notes of roasted grain, vanilla and honey.
