This is a 12 year old single malt from Aberfeldy Distillery, in the village of Aberfeldy in Perthshire, on the edge of the Central Highlands. The whisky was matured in handmade oak casks.
The distillery draws its water from the Pitilie Burn, and the malt is known as the Golden Dram.
It is described as smooth and sweet, with honey, spices, citrus and hints of vanilla.
