This is a 12-year-old Aberfeldy single malt, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 by independent bottler James Eadie at 52.5% in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in two first-fill bourbon hogsheads and yielded 644 bottles, released for the Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland collection.
The nose is grassy and tropical, with lychees, honeysuckle, greengages and baked custard tarts. The palate brings apricots, greengages and tart kumquats, alongside stewed rhubarb and pears poached in brandy. The finish is lemon curd and double cream.
