Aberfeldy 21 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It was matured for more than two decades in a mix of ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
Aberfeldy was built in 1898 by the Dewar family.
The nose is floral honey with dried apricot, candied orange peel and toasted almonds. On the palate it is silky and rich, with crème brûlée, fig and ripe banana, then sweet spice, polished oak and buttery malt. The finish is long and warming, with honeyed oak, spiced orange and a little smoke.
