Aberfeldy 25 Year Old is a Highland single malt from Perthshire, in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It was matured for 25 years in a combination of refill and first-fill casks, including ex-sherry butts, with each cask hand-selected.
The nose combines honeycomb, aged leather, orange blossom and old oak. On the palate there are stewed fruits, dark chocolate, burnt orange and soft baking spices. The finish is long, with sherry-soaked raisins, nutmeg and polished oak.
