A ten-year-old single cask Aberlour from Speyside, distilled on 11 December 2014 and bottled in 2025 by the independent bottler James Eadie. It comes in a 70cl bottle at a cask strength of 58.6%, with 176 bottles from cask 378483, non-chill-filtered and natural colour.
A 20-month Oloroso finish in a refill European oak quarter cask forms part of those ten years.
The nose combines dried plums and raisins with sherried spice and a light wood note. The palate is full and soft, with caramel, malt, sweet fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, and a dry cask note. The long finish stays spicy and dry, with oak and spice.
