Aberlour 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the distillery at the foot of Ben Rinnes, where spring water running down the mountain slopes and along the Lour valley feeds the distillery.
The malt has a sherried spiciness and a soft, rounded character.
On the nose it shows fruity notes of red apple. The palate pairs sherried character and fruit with rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger spice.
