Aberlour – 14 Year Old Double Cask

Aberlour 14 Year Old Double Cask is a Speyside single malt from the Aberlour distillery, which stands at the foot of Ben Rinnes. Spring water running down the mountain's slopes and along the Lour valley to the distillery is central to Aberlour malt whisky. The nose combines sweet vanilla and honey with a touch of ripe cherry and milk chocolate. On the palate come blackcurrant and honey, softened by caramel, blackberry and a little delicate ginger. The finish stays sweet and balanced.
