Aberlour 12 Years Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered.
The whisky is double cask matured, in American oak and sherry oak casks. It is a golden amber colour with a hint of ruby red.
The nose is intense and fruity, with strawberry jam. On the palate there are sherry notes, fruity plum and a touch of chocolate and caramel. The finish is long and sweet, with a light touch of spice.
