Aberlour 16 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 43% ABV and matured for 16 years. It is double-matured in a combination of traditional oak and Oloroso sherry casks, which gives it a rich, smooth character.
The notes are sweet raisin, soft plum and creamy oak, followed by a long, warm finish with a slightly spicy edge.
