Aberlour 16 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
It is double cask matured, in a combination of American oak casks and sherry casks.
The nose is dry and scented, with floral and sweet raisin notes and a spicy nuttiness. The palate is smooth and full, sweet, floral and spicy, with a soft plum fruitiness and gentle oak. The finish is long, warm and spicy, with fruit.
