Aberlour A'Bunadh Alba is a Speyside single malt made from ex-bourbon casks and bottled unreduced, in a 70cl bottle. Alba refers to Quercus alba, the American white oak used for the casks chosen for it.
It is produced in batches, so each release has its own character. It is non-chill-filtered to keep as much aroma as possible, and no caramel is added. The whisky carries no age statement and is built from several ages.
The bottle is modelled on the stone jugs used around two hundred years ago.
