Aberlour A'bunadh Batch No. 67 is a Speyside single malt bottled at cask strength, 59.8%, in a 70cl bottle. The A'bunadh series is made in tribute to Aberlour's founder, James Fleming.
The whisky is matured entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts from Jerez. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose has dark cherries, fig compote and chocolate-covered raisins with cinnamon and clove. The palate is dense and full-bodied, with dried fruits, toffee, nutmeg and dark cocoa. The finish is long and warming, with oak spice and lingering sherry sweetness.
