Aberlour – A'bunadh Sherry Cask (70cl)

Aberlour A'bunadh is a Speyside single malt released in numbered batches. It is matured only in Spanish Oloroso sherry butts and bottled straight from the cask at cask strength, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring. The texture is dense, full-bodied and syrupy, a style often described as a sherry bomb. The nose offers baking spices, pralines and spiced Seville oranges alongside dark Oloroso notes. On the palate are black cherries, dried sultanas, ginger and demerara sugar, balanced by bitter dark chocolate and charred oak tannins. The finish is long and warming.
