Aberlour Casg Annamh Batch No.10 is a limited Speyside single malt, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. The name is Gaelic for 'rare cask'.
It was made in small batches and matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry butts, European oak and American oak casks. It is not chill-filtered.
The nose brings stewed fruit, clove, raisin and orange oil with soft oak spice. On the palate come dark chocolate, cinnamon, red apple and dried fig over honeyed malt and toasted nuts. The finish is long and warm, with lingering sherry sweetness and oak tannin.
