Aberlour Suthainn is a Speyside single malt created as a travel retail edition. It matures in American and Spanish oak sherry casks using a double sherry cask solera process, and is bottled at 48%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
Baked blackcurrant and apple pie open the nose, with vanilla, cinnamon and marzipan. On the palate, toffee apple and pear drops lead to fresh strawberry, creamy oak, butterscotch and warming spice. The finish stays sweet and creamy, ending on aromatic spice.
